We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficient processes, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

We are looking for someone who would excel in the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of products
• Developing and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Managing warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitoring inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate logistics and optimize supply chain processes
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Any other duties as assigned

Experience

• Proven experience in warehouse management or operations within a similar industry
• Journeyperson Parts Technician would be considered an asset, materials handling and planning for production
• PFEP - Plan for Every Part experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
