POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for someone to fill the temporary full-time position as Assistant Director of Maintenance for La Résidence Panorama located in Laval.
The Assistant Director of Maintenance is responsible for coordinating the activities of the housekeeping attendants, managing requisitions and ensuring the guarding of the buildings at all times. He performs various tasks related to the maintenance of the building and the management of maintenance and renovation projects.
Temporary full-time position. (Possibility of permanence).
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma (SSD)
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
