YOU LOVE TO :

• Manage client financing requests,
• Submit sales files for credit approval to the appropriate financing company and to prepare financing contracts for equipment or machinery,
• Meet clients once financing has been approved and get them to sign all the required documents. To answer all client requests regarding financing,
• Ensure compliance with all the company’s sales standards,
• Invoice all machinery sold to clients and to prepare the settlements,
• Take care of registering with the SAAQ all tractors sold,
• Contact on a monthly basis clients whose equipment is nearing the end of its lease (long-term) and offer available options,
• Ensure administrative support for the following departments: sales, after-sales services, accounting (payable, petty cash, etc.) and IT support,
• At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY :

• High School Diploma;
• Functional French: an asset in order to serve the French-speaking clientele related to the position;
• Two years’ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position;
• Good computer knowledge (Excel)
• Basic accounting notions is an asset;
• Interpersonal skills and flexibility are sought out personality traits.
