Overview:
Under the supervision of the head of the welding department, the Welder-Assembler is responsible for assembling and welding products according to computerized work instructions.

Processes – Materials:

• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) – Galvanized steel, aluminum, sheet metal, square and round tube of 3.2 mm or less – all positions.
• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) – Steel, sheet metal, square and round tubing of 3.2 mm or less – all positions.
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) – Galvanized steel, aluminum, and steel – sheet metal, square tubing.
• Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) – Steel.

Requirements:

• DEP in Welding-Assembly, or equivalent.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to lift parts weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Good manual dexterity.
