We are inviting you to apply for the
Human Resources Admin Assistant position. In this role, you willbe the first point of contact for resort's associates, daily operations of the Human Resources office and uniform distribution and inventory.
We require that you have background, consisting ofoffice/administrative setting. Experience with HR administration or hotel experience is helpful but not required. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills and confidentiality are a must.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday position - $16 p/h Additional required skills include:
- Must be able to write, read, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the issues that arise.
- Ability to think clearly, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
- Make independent decisions while maintaining strong ethical standards consistent with company policy, rules and the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Must be able to work well in an unsupervised setting.
- Must maintain composure and objectivity while under pressure.
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Management ATS system is helpful.
