Gard Nurse FT (64 hours) Position Summary: This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties. This position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program. Job Responsibilities Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
