ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to guidelines of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in the dining room and all service stations
• Complete side-work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard
• Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive approachable and gracious services at all times
• Deliver exceptional service consistently
• Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working environment
• Operate ethically to protect the image of the company
• Understand and perform job duties to the expectation
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Embody a warm and engaging personality with poise and elegance
• A minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience is needed with food, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
• Must have a strong sense of urgency
• Must be conscious of physical presentation, meticulous to detail, and clean work habits
• Possess the ability to multitask with a calm demeanor and be able to maintain order under pressure
• Be professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
• Be self-disciplined, show initiative, and demonstrate a high degree of drive and determination
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic with the mentality of a team player
• Full-time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
