In this role, you'll play a key role in promoting and selling our industry-leading Home Entertainment and Appliance products through our online channels. What You'll Do: ? Leverage your 1 year of sales experience to engage customers online, understand their needs, and recommend the perfect Home Entertainment or Appliance solution. ? Utilize persuasive sales techniques to drive sales conversion and achieve sales targets. ? Become a product expert! Gain a deep understanding of our Home Entertainment and Appliance line, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. ? Provide exceptional customer service through chat (Morrow only and live video), promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support needs. ? Manage the online sales process from start to finish – processing orders, verifying payment information, and ensuring accurate shipping details. ? Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and purchase history, maximizing sales revenue. ? Maintain accurate and engaging product listings, pricing, and promotional information on our online sales platform. ? Utilize a CRM system to manage customer interactions, track leads, and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business. You're a great fit if you have: ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a sales environment. ? A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. ? Proven sales experience (1 year preferred) with a demonstrable track record of success. ? In-depth knowledge of Home Entertainment and Appliance products (a plus!). ? Familiarity with online sales platforms, e-commerce tools, and CRM systems. ? A strong understanding of sales techniques and persuasive communication. ? The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ? Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills. ? Outstanding etiquette in live chat communications ? Exceptional typing skills with a minimum 40 wpm with 90% + accuracy.
