Full-Time
(36+ hours/week),
Part-Time Plus
(30-35 hours/week) and
Part-Time
(less than 30 hours/week)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
to care for residents in the Health & Rehabilitation Center.
CNA JOB DUTIESAssist in implementing individualized care that promotes maximum independence, safety, and comfort for each residentAssist residents with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and groomingCNA QUALIFICAITONSValid certification as a Nurse Aide from the Commonwealth of Virginia and current CPR certification is requiredMust be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writingCDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) designation required within 90 days of employmentAbility to perform duties in accordance with accepted methods and techniques necessary in providing optimal careAbility to regularly and safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds; Ability tp stand and walk for long periodsAbility to use a variety of health care equipment such as lifts, thermometer, and blood pressure cuffPrior applicable work experience preferredBENEFITS
