Call Center Representative Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $19/hr.
  • Healthcare benefits after 30 days!

Call Center Representative Job Description:
  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls from established accounts (hospitals, courthouses, law firms, etc.)
  • Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Call Center Representative Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task
