We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional services to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
-Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem solving
-Promote additional insurance products based on customers needs and route to licensed sales agent for quotes
-Update and maintain customer records and policy details accurately in our system. Data entry and file organization in our shared office drive.
-Initiate outbound calls to leads that have expressed interest in insurance quotes
-Listen actively to leads, build rapport and trust by interacting at the customers pace to accurately assess their insurance needs
- Assist in managing high call volumes by being available to answer calls at all times during your shift.
- Assist with general inquires (over the phone and in person) that do not require being licensed such as- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
