Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.nnYour New RolennThe People & Culture Coordinator will support the Studio Operations, Tours/Retail, Post-Production and Global Security People & Culture team as well as the business by assisting in the development and execution of HR initiatives that ensure Warner Bros. Discovery remains an employer of choice, providing solutions to employee-related matters, and assisting with general project management, conflict resolution, relationship management, etc. This position relies heavily on the use of Excel (including complex formulas) and Workday. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.nnThe People & Culture Coordinator will be a positive self-starter who can think strategically about big picture business goals as well as tactically execute a full range of People & Culture initiatives. In this dynamic culture, the role will serve as a partner to the business and a liaison with the broader HR community of Warner Bros. Discovery. Candidates for this position should be innovative, solution-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and be able to engage with colleagues across level, location, and discipline. The role must effectively work in a fast-paced creative environment, bringing an energy and enthusiasm to the function, founded in sound strategy.nnYour Role AccountabilitiesnnSupports the People & Culture team that supports Studio Operations, Tours/Retail, and Global Security, by providing project coordination and assisting in the implementation of corporate programs, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, performance management, change management initiatives, company communications, etc.nnHandle routine inquiries, correspondences, and departmental administration for the People & Culture team.nnWork with data and metrics, using Excel and Workday.nnHandle on-boarding and off-boarding process for all employees (full-time, temporary and intern)nnCoordinate with external temporary agencies.nnCreate presentation decks, charts, graphs, and various materials, as needed.nnServe as a People & Culture point of contact, intake information/requests from employees and managers, and assist the People & Culture team to resolve in a proactive and positive manner.nnApply and communicate company policies.nnDevelop strong working relationships with all People & Culture COE functions (including Recruitment, HRIS, Payroll, Workforce Administration) to provide ‘seamless’ support and guidance to the business.nnOversee and manage COVID-19 protocols, act as liaison to Safety and Environmental Affairs department for covid related matters.nnQualifications & ExperiencennBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferrednnMinimum of 2-3 years of experience within Human Resources, highly preferrednnCollaborative working stylennGenuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop.nnThrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment.nnStrong in communicating with others and builds strong relationships with colleagues and employees.nnGood judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees.nnExceptional attention to detail, strong organization and project management skills.nnHigh level of proficiency with Excel formulas, formatting, pivot tables and other analytical functions.nnWorking knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.nnExperience in working with a culturally diverse workforce.nnKnowledge of national, state and local Employee and Labor Relations practices, laws and regulations.nnHow We Get Things Done…nnThis last bit is probably the most important! Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,210.00 - $78,390.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
