The
Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing each of his/her assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing and or Resident care coordinator. This position is 32/40 during Weekends.

Responsibilities • Prepare guests for meals, serve food trays, and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Record the guest's food/fluid intake and report changes in his/her eating habits.
• Perform after meal care (remove trays, clean hands, face, clothing, take to bathroom, brush teeth, clean dentures).
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting guests into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts.
• Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores).
Qualifications • 1 year experience, preferred.
• CNA/HCA/Nursing Assistant License or Certification.
• Valid CPR/First aid card.
