Your Role as a Rehabilitation Nursing Technician:

• Deliver direct patient care within your training scope.
• Assist RNs and LPNs with patient-support tasks.
• Understand each patient’s needs to facilitate their recovery process.
• Establish strong connections with patients and colleagues.
• Take advantage of learning opportunities to develop skills and advance your career.

Key Requirements:

• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in caring for medically complex patients is advantageous.
• State-issued CNA or LNA license is preferred.
