Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation : Assess and develop care plans for assigned patients.
• Care Implementation : Execute and document patient care effectively.
• Testing and Medication Administration : Conduct various patient tests and administer medications as per your scope of practice.
• Patient and Family Education : Teach patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN License in Arkansas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or to be obtained within 90 days of employment)
