Responsibilities:
- Cleans and maintains floor coverings
- Restocks restroom supplies
- Maintains building lighting
- Handles trash and liners
- Dusts furniture and equipment
- Cleans windows, walls, and doors
- Clears snow and ice from exits and ramps
- Manages repair work orders
- Follows supervisor instructions
- Assists in stocking cleaning supplies
- Ensures equipment care and safety
- Supports part-time staff training
- Performs assigned miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors, burnishers, etc.
- Ability to understand chemical cleaning application and methods.
- Ability to identify maintenance problems that need the attention of repair personnel.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six months commercial cleaning experience.
- Skilled in the following areas:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to learn through observation and hands-on experience.
- Ability to understand and follow directions without close supervision.

Advertised Salary:
$27,000 ($12.98 per hour), plus excellent benefits

Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (50 pounds) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects.
