The Part-Time Receptionist is the first point of contact for clientele visiting the corporate office and will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering the telephone, signing for and coordinating package delivery, faxing and general reception. The receptionist will also be involved in coordinating community event attendance, assist with the Bank's internal intranet site and provide general support to Bank Executives and staff. A professional attitude, reliability, and a high energy level are critical for this dynamic position.
The salary for this position is $18/hour
Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 am - 5 pm onsite
Education & Experience:
Prior office experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
