What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:
As a Delivery Associate, you'll drive a company vehicle, delivering 300-400 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. Full Time Employees can expect to work 4-5 days per week and 8-10.5 hours per day. Part Time Employees can expect to work 1-3 days per week and 8-10.5 hours per day.

MTS Logistics Express is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner that delivers packages to the greater Palatine area every day. Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSP), independent delivery organizations that delivers packages.
As a delivery associate, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

What You'll Need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be able to drive and deliver for up to 11 hours in a day
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must have a positive attitude

Compensation: *Starting pay at $19.25/hr + benefits & performance bonuses based on experience. If you have a CDL Class C License, hourly rate starting at $20.25/hr + benefits & performance bonuses.
