Customer Service Representative Pay: $21-26+ DOE
This position is: Hourly, Full-Time, 100% in office
Print NW is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
We're looking for a high-energy person who is professional & committed to learning our process from start to finish. We operate at a swift pace, and candidates will need to be great at multitasking.
Commercial printing experience is a bonus but not required for this position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring scheduled due dates are met
- Maintain constant communication with sales and customer
- Communicating with Sales Reps to ensure customer needs are met.
- Communicating with customers
- Getting proof approval
- Communicating possible issues and providing possible resolutions
Minimum Requirements: - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote are used daily, so proficiency in these programs is essential.
- High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and keen attention to detail
- Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player are all necessary!
- Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity
