What You'll Be Doing:
Are you ready to take your manufacturing skills to the next level? Join us as a Manufacturing Machine Operator and be part of an innovative team dedicated to producing top-notch infrared optical lenses and components! In this role, you will:

• Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of advanced manufacturing machines, including Single Point Diamond Turning CNC, Lens Molding, Slicing, and Disc Polisher.
• Measure key dimensions with precision, using an array of measurement instruments to ensure every part meets exact specifications.
• Make critical adjustments to equipment to achieve optimal operating parameters and enhance production efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the final product to ensure quality standards are met, all while adhering to customer specifications.
• Enter vital product-related information into our state-of-the-art computer software system, keeping our records accurate and up-to-date.

Who We're Looking For:
We want passionate individuals who are ready to dive into the world of precision manufacturing! If you have:

• A high school diploma or GED, or a combination of education and experience with one to three months of relevant training.
• CNC experience (definitely a plus!).
• Familiarity with measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, with a knack for calibration.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with ease.
• Excellent finger and hand dexterity for handling delicate components.
