Job Opportunity: Construction Working Supervisor (Part-Time Schedule)

Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and committed Working Supervisor to lead construction projects with a hands-on approach. In this role, you will manage a team of professionals while actively participating in project tasks to ensure everything is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in construction management, strong leadership abilities, and the technical know-how to interpret blueprints and schematics.

This position offers a flexible schedule of three days per week, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations on-site to maintain smooth project workflows and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule. • Analyze and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction processes. • Conduct thorough quality inspections to confirm compliance with industry standards and project requirements. • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates while maintaining financial accountability. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and resources. • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and a positive work environment. • Resolve on-site issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally.

Essential Skills & Qualifications • Proven ability to supervise and lead a diverse team effectively. • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical schematics. • Familiarity with construction cost estimation and budgeting practices. • Experience with quality assurance and control in the construction field. • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
