Western Paper Distributors, a division of Imperial Dade, has a role available in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Pricing team. The Customer Service Specialist will work with our Pricing team to ensure customer price pages are entered and loaded accurately. This position is ideal for applicants with strong attention to detail, and those that take pride in the accuracy of their work. This is a full time, in office, Monday-Friday position.

Rate of pay: $20.25/HR

Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Review orders to validate pricing is accurate prior to invoicing
  • Review audits to ensure system accuracy
  • Create quotes for sales team and other internal departments
  • Maintain correct items and price points within order guides
  • Generate and send order guides monthly and upon request
  • Review pricing credits up to threshold and make recommendation on approval
