We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team in a part-time role at Grand Villa of Clearwater. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our senior residents in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join our fully staffed team of care givers and be next in line for a full-time role when it becomes available.Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting- Administer medications as directed by the nurse (Med tech preferred)- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report any concerns to the nurse- Assist with meal service and clean up- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident careRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Experience in providing care to seniors preferred- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and patient demeanor- Ability to work well in a team environmentIf you are passionate about providing care to seniors and are looking for a part-time role with the potential for full-time, we encourage you to apply for this position.
