File Clerk Role Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional File Clerk to assist in our Human Resources department. This temporary position involves managing and organizing various documents and files, ensuring they are accurately sorted and stored in the appropriate cabinets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with physical tasks such as standing, bending, and handling heavy drawers and cabinets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications •Organize and file documents in different cabinets, including clinician's files, I-9 forms, and other HR-related documents.
•Use color-coded folders to categorize documents (e.g., teal for education, orange for employee records).
•Ensure all files are accurately split and allocated to the correct cabinets.
•Maintain confidentiality of all information handled.
•Work in a cubicle environment with frequent interactions with staff and visitors.
•Respectful of colleagues' time and maintain a professional demeanor.
•Ability to stand, bend, and handle heavy drawers and cabinets.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently and maintain focus.
•Professional attitude and understanding of confidentiality.
•Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
