•Daily activities:
o Provides support to Leaders and employees for leaves of absence and disability issues
o Resolves PTO cases and special projects
o Responds to Leave and Disability related cases in HR Case Management tool
o Responds to inquiries from employees, managers and HR Business Partners regarding Leave and Disability, PTO, Life and Disability programs.
o Escalates employee and manager's concerns as necessary.
o Supports projects and assignments in multiple Benefit areas, as needed
Required qualifications
o 2-3 years of benefits related experience to include leave of absence, FMLA and disability.
o Must have advanced Excel experience. Formulas and pivot table experience a must.
o Experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos, ServiceNow and PowerPoint preferred
o Excellent customer service experience
o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
o Attention to detail
