We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.
This opportunity is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.
First Shift - Hours 7:00-3:30 OR 8:00-4:30

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting detailed inspections of products to ensure they meet the necessary specifications and quality standards. This includes visual inspections, as well as using specialized inspection equipment.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand the design and specifications of the products.
3. Performing first article inspections to confirm that the manufacturing process is producing products that meet the required specifications.
4. Documenting inspection results by completing detailed reports, summarizing re-works and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
5. Collaborating with the production team to address any quality concerns or issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance product quality.
6. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
7. Keeping measurement equipment operational by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
