Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist ! Rare opportunity to work with this AMAZING group of collision experts!
This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule!
Pay Range: $18-$23 Hourly Depending on Experience.

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Computer and Tech Savvy.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, retail associate, or food service worker
  • Ability to navigate light accounting duties
  • Previous dealership/automotive experience (not required)
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
  • Answer & direct incoming calls and inquires.
  • Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Receive/process customer payments
Additional Responsibilities: Training provided for the list below for the right candidate!
  • Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software
  • Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables
  • Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted
  • May occasionally close repair orders
  • May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing
  • May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software
  • Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
