Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) Inbound Calls We are looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. We need enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customer service issues and offer a unique and innovative approach to each problem.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
Responsibilities. - Guide and answer customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
- Help customers navigate the company portal!
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products and services.
- Become a service expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
