**Position:** Contract-to-Hire

**What Were Looking For:**
+ **Experience:** 1+ years in quality inspection.
+ **Preferred Skills:** Knowledge of metal manufacturing and quality processes.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with various measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and CMM.
+ **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and computer proficiency.
+ **Work Ethic:** Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
**Essential Functions / Responsibilities:**
+ **Dimensional Accuracy:** Verify accuracy and compliance with specifications for all inspection stages.
+ **Precision Measurement:** Use a variety of precision measuring instruments and gaging equipment.
+ **Record Maintenance:** Keep accurate inspection records and certifications.
+ **Part Layout:** Conduct layouts for PPAP, FAI/ISIR, and customer requests.
+ **Process Analysis:** Analyze processes and report findings.
+ **Defective Material Management:** Detect, report, and manage defective materials, including quarantine.
+ **Employee Orientation:** Assist with training on quality procedures and gage maintenance.
**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
