Job Description:
- Compliant business shipments Domestic and International with Commercial and Military requirements for customer orders and internal Client repairs and overhauls
- Transfer and Shipments of Materials between Client sites
- Verification of accurate ECO Shipping terms
- Customer Services skills; verbal, written and face to face meetings with both internal and external customers
- Upload accurate data within Client SAP ERP system and customer specific portals
- Current levels of packaging materials inventory with review and approval of invoices
- Document and management inventory of customer containers
- Accurate filing and scanning of documents for customer, internal, financial audits
- Support induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs
- Extract data from SAP for reporting information
- Creation of accurate military documents for shipments
- Review Contracts and Customer PO flow down requirements
- Support customer requests, traffic activities and contract administration activities as required.
Requirements: - 1 to 3 years business work experience
- Must have Knowledge/experience with Office Package and SAP ERP system
Education: - High School or Equivalent.
