Orthodontic Experts is a successful and fun orthodontic practice with 24 locations that service Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. This year we are on track to open additional offices and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team!
Explore the role of Patient Service Representative (PSR) Trainer and become a part of a company that is dedicated to changing the lives of our patients, one smile at a time. With strong training and communication skills, the PSR Trainer will oversee full cycle training of our team members in our Headquarters, based out of Des Plaines IL. The PSR Trainer will also complete on site evaluations for our Clinics. This role creates the foundation for strong clinical and business knowledge and future career growth in training and development.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Observe and evaluate Patient Service Reps on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Prepare training materials and train newly hired PSR.
  • Prepare and execute follow up training for team members (PSRs)
  • Schedule, prepare for, and conduct quarterly Patient Service Representative training sessions.
  • Handle questions and provide information to team members.
  • Employee should maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute ideas to improve company policies and procedures.
  • Be a company advocate.
  • Must be comfortable providing feedback to evaluated team member in a professional manner.
  • Work with other departments on developing training materials (videos, quizzes, presentations, etc.)
  • Work with other departments on improving and/or developing policies and procedures to improve patient experience in the clinics and with the support team.
Qualifications
  • High school degree or GED equivalent.
  • 1 Year experience in training.
  • 3 years of Client Service in an office setting.
  • Preferred experience with computer programs (Microsoft Office, Patient Management Systems, Google suites, etc.).
  • Experience developing and assembling training materials.
Working Hours/Location
  • Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM or follow clinic hours for the day.
  • Occasional Saturdays 7:40AM-1:00PM
  • Some Holidays
