This includes providing personal care, monitoring health, engaging in recreational activities, and ensuring a clean and organized living space.ResponsibilitiesAssisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toiletingMonitoring residents' physical and mental health, promptly reporting any changes to the supervising nurseProviding emotional support and engaging residents in recreational activitiesObserving and recording residents' vital signs, with any abnormalities reported to the nurseMaintaining clean and organized living spaces, assisting with laundry as neededFollowing safety and infection control protocols for the well-being of residentsCollaborating with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plansRequirementsValid CNA certification from an accredited programMinimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare or senior care facilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsPass a criminal background check and drug screeningCompensationThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $20 to $22 per hour, paid weekly.
