LOCATION: BEVERLY HILLS, CA CLIENT: Select - Beverly hills clinic SETTING: OP Ortho (adults only) START DATE: ASAP/Jan GUARANTEE: 36 hours, scheduled for 40 Corp has updated the guaranteed hours to 36 ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13-17 weeks (open to longer) REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: 1 year of OP Ortho experience STAFF: Join team EMR: Net Health (please note that some PT's have had a hard time picking up this EMR - the client does provide some optional training before starting if the traveler needs it) CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 60 minutes for Evals & Treatments. Evals by themselves, follow ups scheduled 2 per hour on the top of the hour. 12ppd. Scheduled for slightly more due to Cx NS rate. Documentation expected to be done at point of service. SCHEDULE: M-F 5x8’s (4x10 not available) ADDITIONAL INFO: Some clinics have PTAs, but they have their own caseload so they don’t assist with the PT’s schedule that day. We do not have aides. Ramp up period before full caseload. 1 on 1 treatments initially before adapting to the overlapping schedule. Each orientation will be provider specific based on EMR & OP exp. 1st day unbillable orientation: TOA shall attend clients orientation on their 1st day at no cost to the client. If TOA is moving from another Select clinic there will be 0hrs of unbillable orientation. If TOA is extending 0hrs of unbillable orientation. 2 week notice from client SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: OP Experience, caseload exp, RTO COVID VACCINE REQUIRED? Covid Vaccine or medical exemption required. TAKE HOME: BILL RATE: $80-85 BR (DOE) no fee OT & Holiday rate is at 1.3X. 5% fee will start being added in October. See terms below: Any overtime must be approved by manager beforehand. Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees. Client will not pay for extra documentation time. If census is low or PT has cancelations, expectation is for provider to ask what they can do to make sure they hit their guaranteed hours for the day/week. Examples of things we have had providers do are: helping the front desk, calling patients, filling paperwork, cleaning up, etc. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid. Any RTO that is not confirmed needs to be approved with manager 30 days prior. 2 week notice for client/provider If clinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.
