Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, ordering and implementation. Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate each project, start to finish, working with field managers, in-house crews as well as customers. Create window and door renderings for customer approval, prior to ordering Responsible for ordering all project materials through distribution: windows doors, siding, roofing, gutters. Update CRM throughout job progression to include all change orders Financial responsibilities include weekly in-house crew payroll Lead weekly production meetings with Vice President.
