See how becoming a CNA can be a rewarding career Job Summary Assist the residents with all facets of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral hygiene and personal hygiene. Perform appropriate transfers on assigned residents utilizing gait belts and other lifts, following guidelines outlined in the resident's plan of care. Education and/or Experience Must be at least 16 years old. Graduation from high school is preferred or in the process of graduation, GED accepted. Licensure/Certification/Registration Certification as Nurse Assistant is required within four months of hire date. Work Schedule Varied shifts as needed; PRN Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $18.25 - $24.00 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
