Optimize and enhance BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to integrate BI solutions with other systems. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers, guiding them on best practices, tool usage, and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5 years of experience in business intelligence development, with a proven track record of delivering complex BI projects.
