Join the MVT Family Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring a Human Resources Clerk in El Paso, TX The HR Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support and performing a variety of Human Resources functions, which include routine clerical duties, maintaining files and records, and assisting employees with questions. Responsibilities: Answers frequently asked questions from employees via phone, e-mail, or walk-in. Responds to employment verifications. Calculates and submits driver vacation hours. Processes required paperwork for new hire driver orientation, driver transfers, driver pay increases, and other related driver employment matters. Enters new hire drivers in the system and reports to corresponding agencies. Terminates drivers in the system and reports to corresponding agencies. Maintains and stores records of personnel files. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Preferred). One year of human resources support experience. Bilingual in English Spanish (Preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
