Job Description Job Description Commercial HVAC Company is looking for a reliable and dedicated Service Coordinator. This position consists of providing support to our commercial accounts who have regularly scheduled maintenance. The Service Coordinator needs to possess excellent oral, written and communication along with impeccable attention to detail skills. This position is physically demanding, meaning our ideal candidate would be able to lift and move heavy boxes and packages (up to 70 lbs.), HVAC Parts/ equipment or planned maintenance (PM) knowledge is a plus but not required. Service Coordinator Responsibilities Work with commercial accounts and customers who have regularly scheduled planned maintenance. Confirm scheduling and place correct material/ parts orders. Work with vendors to ensure best pricing. Ensure all materials are ready for future maintenance(s) and stage them in preparation for technicians.
