Facility in Vermont is looking for an IM or FM Hospitalist for locum coverage starting in October.

PayRates:

• Day shift $200/hr

• Swing shift $210/hr

• Night Shift $220/hr

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active Vermont State License or IMLC preferred

• ACLS Certification Required

• Clean Malpractice/Background preferred

Details:

• Day Shift: 7a-5p med/surg patients (assigned list of 13-15 patients or 10-12 plus admissions)

• Swing Shift: 12p-10p admissions to ICU/step down/med/surg unit, new consults (avg 6-7 admits plus collaboration with APP)

• Night Shift: 7p-7:30a cross coverage of ICU/PCU/med surg plus nightly admissions (avg 6 admits nightly)

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling, blocks of 5-7 days. Must hold the pager until 7pm on the rounding shifts.

• Patient Load: 10-15 pts on Rounding shifts

• Support: In person and tele-Critical Care support available 24/7

• Procedures: None required

• EMR System: EPIC

• Provider may work solo or with an APP depending on the team/shift assigned.
