Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED
- NE license or IMLC - REQUIRED
- ACGME/AOA accredited Residency Training Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology - REQUIRED
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- DEA
- NRP - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice/background - Clean preferred for December coverage & Clean Required for November coverage
