Audio Visual Technician
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Long-Term Contract: $33-$40 per hour
Our client is in search of a Audio Visual Technician who will responsible for setting up and operations of audio and visual equipment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, audio and visual systems expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot an technical issues.
Duties:
• Train and mentor Audio/Video and HelpDesk Technicians
• Develop user instruction materials and step-by-step technical documentation
• Maintain our AV Event and Conference Rooms
• Oversee AV events
• Edit presentations for internal distribution using the latest in technology and equipment
• Build documentation to reinforce the process and policies we have regarding AV best practices and room management
Required Skills:
• 5-8 years of experience in the AV/VC industry
• Outstanding knowledge of Zoom Rooms and audio/video hardware packages
• Must be responsive, efficient, have excellent customer interaction skills, and exhibit a high level of professionalism
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under immense pressure. The pace requires independent and confident thinking, self-motivation and determination
• Must be engaged in the process of technical development
• Good organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have critical thinking and problem-solving ability
