Part-Time Van Driver
Location: Central, MA
Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Homebase Behavior Consulting is a growing ABA agency dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral services to children and families. With locations in Boylston and Fitchburg,MA, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, caring environment for both our clients and staff.
We are seeking a reliable and responsible part-time driver to assist with transporting children to and from our centers and other appointments.
** 7D License is required for the position. Homebase Behavior Consulting will assist the right applicants in obtaining a 7D license and will cover the costs affiliated in getting licensure.**
Responsibilities

• Safely transport children between homes, centers, schools, or community locations.
• Ensure clients are secured safely in the vehicle following child safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized van and report any maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with the center coordinator regarding daily schedules and routes.
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs and maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience: prior experience transporting children (preferred).
• Driver's License: Valid MA driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Safety-Oriented: Familiar with child safety seat requirements and proper use of safety belts.
• Clear Background: Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle records check.
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the 15-20 hour weekly schedule, with flexibility for mornings and afternoons.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children with special needs.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and driving in Boylston and Fitchburg area.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
