Job Description
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to change.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be opened minded to changes without getting rattled
  • Must be flexible with changes in assigned duties
  • Must be detailed oriented and take down good instructions during training
  • No lifting restrictions
  • Must be able to sit long periods at a time
  • Although this is a part time/Temp position, employee is expected to have a consistent start and end time
  • Employees will be manually inserting time sensitive documents into envelopes
  • Mailings may include, 9/12 offset forms, 2 & 3 part forms, 6x9 forms, and any other material needed to be manually inserted.
  • Associate will also be cross-trained on mail machines that seal and adds postage to envelopes.
  • All jobs are time sensitive, so a expectation in output and a sense of urgency is a required.
