DescriptionnnBar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist working 40 hours per week to join our call center team. Responsibilities include providing professional and confidential customer service by answering incoming telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency while accurately processing a wide variety of banking transactions and providing appropriate product recommendations to bank customers. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain in depth knowledge of many banking functions if you have been considering banking as a career. Experience in banking or prior call center work is helpful; on the job training is provided. This position is located in our Bangor, ME or Newport, ME location and is regularly scheduled 8:30-5:00 with a few Saturdays a month 8:00 to 12:00.nnWorking knowledge of Windows, sharp customer service skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for this job.
