Apply now!nnLocation:nn601 Division Street South - Northfield, Minnesota 55057nnJob Description:nnPosition Summary:nnThis role is responsible to provide and maintain a high standard of customer service in the store's front-end operations; to supervise and direct all front-end activities in absence of the Customer Service Manager and operations to ensure that the work shifts at the front end contribute to the financial best interests of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.nnHere’s what you’ll do:nnAccurately perform all transactions; cash, checks, debit/credit/EBT cards, ID requirements, over rings, credits, suspended orders, refunds, bottle returns, vendor coupons, gift certificates, lottery ticket sales, Western Union, Ticket Master, and all other media in accordance with policies.nnEnsure that return-to-stock items are handled in a prompt and orderly manner with the most immediate attention given to perishable items.nnKnowledgeableKnowledge of product locations in the store.nnKnowledge of advertised the Ad items, special prices, coupon deals or other features that apply to the store's sales program.nnTrain others to perform all department activities and functions.nnManage the selection, scheduling, and supervision of others to meet or exceed departmental productivity levels.nnHandle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.nnMaintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.nnFollow all PPE and Safety GuidelinesnnFollow all Food Safety and Cleaning ExpectationsnnFollow Guest Experience GuidelinesnnMay be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience neednnMay be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience neednnAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needednnHere’s what you’ll need:nnHigh school graduate or equivalent (GED)nnProficient Computer (email, spreadsheets, etc)nnAbility to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documentsnnAccounting/Bookkeeping skillsnnInterpret/Analyze FinancialsnnDevelop/ Manage BudgetsnnDelegate/Direct/ImplementnnSuggestive Selling/Knowledge of ProductsnnDetail OrientednnPhysical Requirements:nnThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
