ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:nnPerforms preventive maintenance, routine equipment repairs, and routine corrective maintenance on mechanical/HVAC equipment (compressors, air dryers, process cooling water systems, process vacuum systems, chilled water pumps, etc.)nInspects major systems and identifies operating problems, performs minor troubleshooting, and minor repairs.nPerforms rounds and readings to ensure equipment is operating normally.nPerforms basic building operations including building automation monitoring, routine alarm response, and implementation of routine corrective actions.nSupports continuous improvement efforts for the site.nMust wear ANSI safety shoes composite toe and personal protective equipment.nPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested.nDaily and punctual attendance in the job site is required.nnNo travel required.nnQualificationsnnAbility to use hand tools, meters, and other maintenance related tools and equipment to perform job functionsnAbility to use Corporate software systems such as Microsoft 365 software suites and building managment software to monitor critical systems.nIntegrity/Honesty - Displays high standards of ethical conduct in accordance with WD Employee Ethics and Business Conduct Principles.
