As an HR Support Specialist/ Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of managing key HR functions such as hiring, staffing, reporting, compliance, and the seamless onboarding of new employees. You will ensure our HR processes are efficient, compliant, and impactful.

To be successful in the role, you'll need the following requirements:

n - Bachelor's Degree : A degree in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
n - 2+ Years of Relevant Experience : A minimum of two years’ experience in a related field, demonstrating the ability to excel in this role.
n - Exceptional Communication Skills : Strong oral and written communication abilities, with the confidence to effectively convey ideas and information.
n - Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using computer systems and comfortable navigating various technologies inluding MS Office (Wor, Excel, and outlook)
n - Detail-Oriented : Highly attentive to details, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
n - Strong Interpersonal Abilities : Excellent at building and maintaining relationships across diverse teams.
n - Flexible schedule to support this 24/7 manufacturing plant

n - Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
n - One or more of SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification

Physical Requirements

n - Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
n - Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting
n - In-person job attendance
n - Ability to work 8 hour shift
n - Ability to work overtime if necessary

Compensation : Placement within the salary range is calculated based on years of directly relatable experience for the position. The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel, or cell phone reimbursement.
