This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical automation systems. Our Maintenance Mechanics directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families.nnWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:nnAvailable Shifts:nn1st Shift 6am to 2:30pmnn2nd Shift 2:00 to 10pm - $0.75 shift differentialnn3rd Shift 10pm to 6:30am - $1.25 shift differentialnnStarting hourly pay of $26/hr depending on knowledge and demonstrated skillnnOpportunities for Overtimenn$3,000 Signing BonusnnYearly reviews and raisesnnComprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employmentnnWHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:nnOperates, troubleshoots, and maintains mechanical and electrical automation equipment including motor control circuits, drives, and PLC systems.nnPerforms preventive and corrective maintenance, rebuilds, and calibrations according to work orders in CMMS.nnMonitors equipment performance during production start-up, changeovers, and new installs.nnEnsures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.nnFollows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).nnREQUIREMENTS:nnAbility to work overtime, irregular hours, holidays, or rotating shifts requirednnHigh school diploma or GED is preferrednnTechnical Degree such as Industrial Maintenance or Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance is preferrednn1+ years of experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, AC/Servo drives, motors, and controls requirednnSKILLS:nn1+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food manufacturing experience is preferrednnAbility to use electrical test equipment and take measurements accuratelynnAbility to read, interpret, and revise documents such as equipment manuals, policies, instructions, and schematicsnnExperience with computers including CMMS, Microsoft, and PDF applicationsnnAbility to speak, write, and understand English.
