The Maintenance Mechanic performs a wide range of tasks, from routine inspections and preventive maintenance to troubleshooting.nnShift: 6 PM-6 AM (2-2-3 schedule)nnCatalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer and Catalent employee.nnThe RolennMaintain all building, utility and production equipment in an orderly and efficient manner.nnPerform necessary repairs to equipment and building as needed.nnPerform preventative maintenance scheduled services for all equipment and enter date onto equipment records.nnMonitor the boiler system including water chemical testing and addition chemical components and charging aged salt to the water softeners.nnOther duties as assigned.nnThe CandidatennHS Diploma or GED requirednnAn associate degree or vocational certificate in related field is preferred. 1+ years experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing environment in a maintenance mechanic position is also preferred.
