Job Details

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field
• 10 or more years of experience in manufacturing
• Experience managing a plant of 100+ employees
• Experience driving continuous improvement and safety
• Strong LEAN Six Sigma manufacturing experience; a Green Belt and/or Black Belt is a plus
